The Hotel Mallorca Palace, located in a tourist area in Majorca is committed to develop as an Hotel establishment an activity respecting the environment and minimising such activity that may occur surrounding the ecosystems.With such commitment we want to contribute towards the sustained development of our island and to be known as a respected destination with the environment in all the broadcasting markets.


In order to carry out our commitment with the environment policy, we plan to carry out the following Objectives:

• Identify the daily activity of the hotel that can impact negatively with the environment, and to modify and control such activity reducing it to the maximum.
  
  
• Obtain environment protection as one of the parameters and to study the time to start a new activity or service in the hotel.
  
  
• To raise awareness amongst all hotel staff so that each one can contribute to preserve the environment, obtaining with their work guidelines so that these will help not to generate harmful residues improperly treated, or those who negatively impact in our surroundings.
  
  
• To carry out the legal environment regulations and to make reference of such activities that may develop, always when possible and always when they contribute to a additional benefit towards the hotels environment measures.
  
  
• To inform and to form environment material in all areas related with the hotels activities, staff, clients, suppliers, etc, with all the aim that they feel involved with the conservation of the surroundings.
  
  
• Inform hotel clients of the natural parks and protected areas, those that are situated nearby surroundings, so that they know and collaborate in their preservation.
  
  
• Full collaboration in the “ Balearic Government” Hotel networks project in which we form part of, we believe that it could be a good start to make the Majorcan hotel industry a vanguard in the preservation and reforms of the environment.
  
  

With this declaration and the consequent acquisition of the objectives that may reflect, we hope that our small contribution will help towards a nearby future that will be known internationally as an island, where its people and industries respect the environment. It is our patrimony in which we have to look after for our own benefit and for all those people that want to visit us and enjoy and preserve the island. For all generations that have rights to find an environment in good conditions and sufficient natural resources.
